The AVL is an abbreviation for Automatic Vehicle Location. The system is a small “black Box” using GPS receivers to assist in tracking and managing vehicles, with input information coming from the vehicle (as doors open, illegal ignition). All those data are sending by a SIM card to a Web Base platform to monitoring the vehicles. Some of the Data are also sending by SMS Alert to selected mobile phones. HG
